Do you have an APP?

Sorry, our company hasn't launched an APP at  present. We're focusing our efforts on optimizing the web experience to bring you the best service, and there's no  plan to introduce an APP.

Where do I change my password?

After logging in, please go to the dashboard and change your password in the settings section.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Please contact Bluedoba's customer service team. We will help you reset your password.

Do you charge for the design?

Don't worry. You can create your own design on our website for free.

How can I delete the unwanted designs?

If you want to delete the unwanted designs, here's what you can do:                                                                       

1.For designs located on the second cut piece and all subsequent ones: simply select the relevant cut piece and click on the "Delete" button.

2.Regarding the design you don't want on the first cut piece: you can drag and drop the unwanted part to the side area. This way, you can easily manage your designs according to your preferences.

Why are there white marks on the design?

There should be a white line around the edge of the image, so it shows up in the splice, please process the image.

Can I upload new fonts?

Yes,  you can upload new fonts. A guide for uploading and making use of new fonts:

1.After successful login in Bluedoba, navigate to the dashboard.

2.Locate and click on the “Fonts” option within the dashboard. At this point, you will notice the “Download URL: DaFont, FreeFonts, Google” displayed at the upper area.

Utilize these provided download sources to select and download the font that suits your needs. Once the download is complete, extract the font files to your desktop.

3.Go back to the Bluedoba platform, under the “Fonts” section, create a new category. This will help you better organize and manage your newly added fonts.

4.Proceed to click on “Upload Fonts” and select the font files you previously extracted to the desktop to complete the uploading process.

5.When you are ready to design, start by entering the text.

6.Click on the font selection area. Then, switch to the newly created category where your uploaded fonts are located.

Now, you are all set to use the newly uploaded fonts for your design work.

This way, the steps are presented in a more sequential and clear manner, making it easier to follow.

Can I put my logo on the clothes?

Sure, you can design your logo on the clothes. In addition, we provide a professional label service to further meet your customization needs and add that extra touch of personalization to your products.

Is my design safe on Bluedoba?

Yes.Bluedoba respects your original copyright. You retain all of the rights to your design. You can add and remove design at any time.Your design always belongs to you.

Is there a requirement for image size?

The maximum images size that can be uploaded is 30MB. 

We recommend the following images formats: JPG, PNG, JPEG

When trying to design, nothing happens when I click Upload

Please note that our system doesn't support design on mobile phones or tablets. For the best experience, start your design work on a computer.

Do you offer XS and XXS?

The smallest size we currently support is XS. If you need to add XS for any product, please contact Bluedoba's customer service team. We will arrange it for you on a priority basis.

Are your sizes in American sizing?

Yes, our sizes are in American sizing. You can see the specific measurements on the product detail page.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We don't have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can place an order according to your needs.

Can you do custom embroidery?

Sorry, we do not provide embroidery customization service currently.

Can I buy the products displayed in the Shop?

Of course. Please add any designs you want in the Shop to your cart and check out.

Can the lining fabric be printed?

Sorry, we only do single-sided printing and the lining fabric is not printable.

How can I get the wholesale price?

For the same product with a single design, the wholesale price can only be enjoyed when purchasing multiple pieces (wholesale price will be displayed when you check out).

Can you develop new mockups according to my requirements?

We offer a paid pattern-making service. For more information, please contact Bluedoba's customer service team.

Can I make minor modifications to your products?

We offer a paid modification service. For more information, please contact Bluedoba's customer service team.

Do you provide thank-you cards and customized packaging bags?

We're sorry to inform you that this service isn't available at present. However, if you have a need for it, you can send us your own thank-you cards and customized packaging bags. When we handle the packing process, we'll incorporate them as per your request. Please note that a reasonable labor fee will be charged for this additional service.

Do you offer branding services?

Yes, we offer branding services (stickers and labels). Please click this link to design your own labels or stickers first:https://www.bluedoba.com/category/Label.

Please check out the stickers or labels togther with the clothes after designing. Just add as many labels as you need (one label for each piece of clothing, and two labels for a set). We will sew the labels onto the clothes during production and stick the stickers on the outer packaging.

P.S. Stickers and labels cannot be ordered separately and stickers only support black and white printing.

Are there clothes made of pure - cotton fabric?

The fabrics we use are mainly polyester since the all-over printing effect on polyester is better .Only this T-shirt is made of pure cotton: https://www.bluedoba.com/custom/P02559/custom-personalized-round-neck-loose-t-shirts

Can the colors of zippers and buttons be customized?

Sorry. To avoid color differences, we only offer black and white for zippers and buttons currently.

Do you provide men's clothing?

Sorry, we only focus on POD women's clothing and do not have men's clothing.

How to use the New - User Coupons?

Please click the option of  "Coupon" and select "10% off for New User" for your order when you're checking out.

What payment methods do you support?

We currently support payment via PayPal.

Why can't I make a successful payment with PayPal?

You need to confirm first whether you are able to access the payment interface. If you manage to do so, it's likely that there are issues with your PayPal account. In such a case, you should reach out to PayPal customer service for assistance.

How long is the production lead time?

The production time is usually 4-6 working days and it might be extended a little bit if the order quantity is large.

Can you issue an invoice for me after I place an order?

Of course. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible  after you receive your order.

Can I see the actual product pictures before the shipment?

Sure. Once the production is completed, we will share the actual product pictures with you as soon as possible.

Modify design

Please give us your order number to check the order status first. There are two situations:

1. We could change the design directly for you if the production has not started.

2. We will charge 30% of the product price as material cost if your order is already under production.

Cancel order

Please provide the order number so we can check the current stage of the process.

1.If production has not yet started, you may cancel the order directly, and we will arrange for a refund.

2. If production has already begun, the order cannot be canceled. Should you still wish to cancel, a 30% material fee will apply.

Change shipping address

Before your order is shipped, you may change the shipping address at any time. Please contact Bluedoba’s customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you with the process.

Please note that whenever the shipping address is updated, the tracking number will also be revised. If you are engaged in dropshipping, kindly ensure that you provide your customers with the updated tracking numbers so they can track their shipments.

Customs taxes and duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are typically assessed if the merchandise is dutiable and the item’s value exceeds the threshold established by the country’s regulations. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office, as customs policies can vary significantly between countries.

Do you do dropshipping?

Yes, we offer dropshipping services and can ship directly to your customers.

Can I open a store on Bluedoba?

Bluedoba does not offer store-opening services. You will need to use third-party platforms to set up your store. For instance, you can integrate with popular e-commerce platforms like Shopify to conduct your business.

Which platforms do you support connecting with?

We currently support integration with Shopify. Integration with other platforms, such as Wix and WooCommerce, is also planned and will be addressed soon.

How to connect Bluedoba and Shopify stores?

When synchronizing designs to Shopify, how to synchronize different designs of the same product into the same listing?

1.Select the different designs of the same product that need to be synchronized.

2.Click on "Bulk Actions" at the top, then choose "Sync to Store."

3.In the pop-up window that appears, select your store and click "Confirm."

4.A new pop-up will ask, "Do you want to combine them into one listing?" Select "Yes."

5.Wait for a moment, and a message will appear stating, "Products Added Successfully!" Click "View The Product in Shopify." You can then edit the product details on your Shopify store.

Why hasn't the syncing of multiple designs of the same product into one listing succeeded?

It seems that too many designs are being synchronized at once and it got stuck. You can try reducing the number of designs being synchronized.

Why does it show "sold out" after synchronizing the design?

When synchronizing the design to Shopify, do not select "Track Quantity,"as this will cause the item to appear as "Sold Out."

How to automatically add labels to Shopify orders?

Once you have designed the labels in Bluedoba, please share the SKU of the labels with Bluedoba's customer service team. We will assist you in associating the labels with your products. Afterward, when Shopify orders are synchronized with Bluedoba, the labels will be automatically applied.

When I connected Bluedoba with my Shopify store and wanted to place a test order, it showed that delivery to a certain area was not available.

Please go to the Shopify store backend, find "Shipping and Delivery", and add the shipping area you want in "Shipping Zones".

Why isn't the Shopify order synchronized to Shopify immediately?

Shopify orders are synchronized every 10 minutes. If an order has not been synchronized after 10 minutes, please contact Bluedoba's customer service team for assistance.

The default logistics for orders synchronized from Shopify is epacket. Can I change the logistics?

Yes, you may change the shipping method before making the payment.

Will the supplier's information be displayed on the package?

Please be assured that no supplier information will be displayed on the package.

Can you connect with Etsy?

We do not support integration with Etsy. However, you can manually upload the designs to your Etsy store.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective products

If there are any printing errors, damages, or defects in the product, please send us photos or videos of the issue via email. Our official customer service team will then contact you to assist with the resolution. You may choose from several options for processing: return, replacement, or refund.

Lost order

For packages lost in transit (i.e., the order has not been delivered), we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order. However, before proceeding, we may ask for your assistance, such as confirming with your customer whether the shipping address was correct. We would greatly appreciate it if your customer could check with the local post office to help locate the lost package.

Wrong address

If the address provided by you or your customer is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. In this case, any costs incurred for reshipping after confirming the correct address will be your responsibility.

Color consistency

Printing is a chemical process, and we may not be able to guarantee 100% consistency. Therefore, we kindly request that the actual product be considered the standard, and we believe any color deviations will fall within an acceptable tolerance range.

Where will the goods be shipped from?

We ship goods from Putian City, Fujian Province, China.

YANWEN estimated delivery: 10-14 business days

Yun Express estimated delivery: 10-12 business days

How to check shipping costs?

On the product details page, you'll find the "Shipping Calculator".

By entering your destination country, selecting the appropriate size and quantity of the product, you'll be able to view an estimated shipping cost.


Please note that the final shipping expense will be determined based on your specific delivery address.
